Hi All
I have had to phone the help yet again I am going to see an RA doctor tomorrow
I have been having a few problems with my right foot for the past 7 weeks
I have seen an RA doctor 3 weeks ago he told the nurse it was the MS (he dident say that to me) I was given a tight sock for my foot which did not work the nurse told me to see my MS nurse which I did (she told me she had never seen such a swollen foot like this on any MS person)
I have had to fight to see some-one about the RA for this long I am so sick of this now
I just hope there is no damage after waiting the 7 weeks
ok I have just realised I have written on the wrong thing

Hi Mary,

I'm not surprised you're sick of it, 7 weeks is far too long for this to be going on.
I hope you get some treatment for it tomorrow.
Refuse to leave until they do something about it!

Love, Doreen xx

Hi Mary
I hope that you got on well with regards to the foot. In my present situation I know only to well how
bad it can be if this type of thing is ignored.

Mary, so sorry to hear about the problems. Feet, we all need them and when they fail us life becomes so much harder (been there done that!). Do hope you have been given some suitable treatment and you are getting a little relief. Take care

Hi
I went to the hospital as you know
I was examined by a really lovely doctor I was checked from head to foot
loads of blood tests x-rays etc
I know what is wrong with me now I nearly fainted when he told me
I have been taking HRT for the past 8 weeks that is what it is
I have had a very rare reaction with them
I must stop taking them now
I have to go back to him in 3 weeks time
at least I know now
take care

Now that is what I call a result! Though why on earth they didn't manage to suss this sooner is beyond me. Oh well, the great news is it's nothing sinister and the swelling should go down now. Please take care - I have cancelled the roller rink for this weekend as I do thnk you should rest and the moves with skates on your feet AND hands may cause a little problem!

Thank goodness that you know what it is. Imagine it being HRT! I hope that it goes down now and that you can walk properly again.
